Key Success Factors for Networking Marketing

Over the past three years I have experienced many of the downsides of network marketing - inadequate products/services, inaccessible support staff, inactive downlines, invisible sponsors, inept program management, impossible monthly subscriptions, unreliable technology, incompetent financial planning and unethical program owners.

Through this, I have learnt many things including the key success factors for network marketing. They are:

1. A product/service that is:

  • in high demand by a large percentage of the market
  • in a growth industry
  • integrated - combines product and related services in one offering

2. A sponsor who is:

  • experienced in program design and management themselves
  • sets high expectations
  • provides an integrated marketing system that is automated, viral and duplicable
  • builds the downline team through communications including dedicated online forum support
  • tests and evaluates different ads and approaches and shares this information with the team
  • innovates with web design, lead pages and marketing strategies

3. A company that:

  • has a proven track record in development and management of large enterprises
  • has very substantial reserves
  • has a storehouse of, or ready access to, relevant network marketing knowledge and experience
  • has a support system that is readily accessible and support staff who are knowledgeable and responsive
  • has visible and verifiable integrity

4. A compensation system that :

  • is equitable
  • provides recurring income
  • rewards individual and team effort
  • rewards sponsorship and development of other members
  • provides the capacity for income to grow exponentially

5. A monthly subscription that:

  • does not present a barrier to entry
  • is low enough to be achievable by large numbers of people
  • is high enough to support the compensation system

I have found all these factors present in the GDI opportunity promoted by James Grandstaff (my sponsor) through his ibuzz Marketing System.
